One question, since 2000, many mediums: How do we design systems that work with human complexity rather than against it?

Started at 17 in Moscow, disturbed by visual noise in public space design. The question led through 250+ digital products, three cities, therapeutic game design, bone broth, and two books that try to say the whole thing.
